Chant Engineering Model 10199 Hydraulic Fluid Oil Transfer System (OTS) - NSN 4910-01-592-8070

The Chant Engineering Model 10199 Hydraulic Fluid Oil Transfer System (OTS) is designed to fill and drain (pressurize and depressurize) the hydraulic recoil mechanism on the Army's M777A1 and A2 Howitzer weapons. The recoil mechanism must be depressurized for maintenance and then repressurized prior to going back into service. It is designed for use with MIL-PRF-6083 hydraulic fluid, although it will also operate with most other hydraulic fluids.

The OTS consists of a wheeled cart, a fluid reservoir, an electric pump, a hand pump with removable handle, a flow meter, a 3 micron filter, servicing hoses with quick disconnects, and the necessary valves. It is designed for use in demanding conditions.

Chant Engineering Model 9824 Hydraulic Fluid Servicing Unit

The Chant Engineering Model 9824 Hydraulic Fluid Servicing Unit is designed to pump filtered hydraulic fluid into aircraft or for any other suitable purpose. It is designed for use with MIL-PRF-83282 hydraulic fluid, although it will also operate on any other hydraulic fluids that are compatible with the same seals.

The HSU consists of a polyethylene reservoir, a two-stage pump, a handle, a filter, a pressure gauge, and a servicing hose. Other necessary components include a pressure relief valve, a pressure selector valve, release valve and check valves.

Chant Engineering P/N 9377-00 V-22 Snatch Block Pulley - NSN 1680-01-566-5137

The Chant Engineering Snatch Block Pulley P/N 901-320-546-101 is a field proven design, easy to use by the warfighter. Rugged, but lightweight, the Chant Snatch Block Pulley features quick attachment/detachment to the airframe, easy attachment/detachment for the winch wire rope and simple one handed operation.

Chant Engineering P/N 9263 ECRS V-22 Cargo Rails

The Chant Engineering Extended Cargo Rail System (ECRS) is used on aircraft where it is not possible to load the plane via conventional methods. The ECRS mounts to the rear cargo-loading ramp of the aircraft. The ECRS permits smooth movement of palletized cargo into and out of the aircraft. The ECRS consists of four components: a left and right hand mounting block and 19 foot long left and right hand cargo rails.

Chant Engineering P/N 963401 Deployable Hydraulic Lift (DeHL)

The Chant Engineering Model 963401 Deployable Hydraulic Lift (DeHL) is an unloading device designed to work with the Military Halvorsen 25K Loader. The DeHL will move from a height of approximately 40" to a lowered height of approximately 16.5" (top of rollers to ground). It is designed to handle 25,000 pounds maximum payload on pallets. The pallets transfer the load to the passive roller groupings on top of the tables. The maximum single pallet payload is 10,530 pounds and the maximum single axle payload is 15,000 pounds. The DeHL weighs approximately 8,700 pounds.

The DeHL can accommodate up to (3) HCU-6/E pallets in 108" or 88" bias, in single or married train configuration. The DeHL can be stored on a single aircraft pallet for transport. There is a self-contained diesel generator for powering the unit and a manual pump and release valve for emergency lift if the generator's fuel tank becomes empty. The DeHL can be assembled for use or disassembled for transport in less then 1 hour by 2 people and no tools other than a small hammer and a forklift. There are (2) ramp platforms that allow rolling stock to move from the top of the DeHL to ground level.

Bradley Fighting Vehicle Hydraulic Pump - Model NSN 4320-01-432-6208

The Chant Engineering P/N 12395352 Pump Hydraulic is an emergency engine hatch hand pump used on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. If in an emergency the hydraulic system of the vehicle will not open the hatch, the operator can open it using this hand pump.

M1A1 Engine Retaining Band - NSN: 5340-01-383-2052

The Chant Engineering P/N 3-500-770-09 Band, Retaining is used on the engine of the US Military's M1A1 Main Battle Tank. This is an example of a reverse engineered Chant Engineering product. The Government had only one sole source vendor and was paying too much for this part. Chant Engineering at our own cost, reversed engineered and tested the part, became a qualified vendor and saved the Government significant money on resulting contracts.

V-22 Engine Rinse Wand

The Chant V-22 Engine Rinse Wand is used to freshwater rinse the V-22 engines during shipboard/salt air use. The wand connects to a quick release fitting under the aircraft wing. As the rotors spin fresh water is pumped via the wand into the engine rinsing them clean.

13221E6735 Hydraulic Pumping Unit - NSN 4320-01-141-8237

The Chant 13221E6735 Hydraulic Pumping Unit is a transfer pump used to transfer and filter hydraulic oil from drums into the M109 Howitzer.

The Chant transfer pump is capable of a flow of 4 gpm and is powered by standard 115V single phase electrical power. This transfer pump can also be used for general oil transfer pumping and filtering.
