General Purpose Model 9300 Series:
P/N 9300-01 through 9399-01
These test stands consist of a hydraulic power supply, a sink in which to install items to be tested, a safety cover over the sink area, and a rear panel with gauges, meters and other instrumentation.
Hydraulic and electrical connections are provided close to the test area.
Typical specifications are:
Pressure: 0 to 6,000 psi
Flow: 0 to 100 gpm
Static pressure: 0 to 10,000 psi
Fluids: Mineral or synthetic oil, fire resistant fluids.
Instrumentation: Pressure, flow, temperature, displacement, velocity, voltage, current. Meters, gauges, transducers as required.
Electrical control: DC, 50/60/400Hz as required.
Data acquisition: computer based.
These test stands are used for testing a wide variety of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic components. Their typical use is repair shops for testing hydraulic components, which have been repaired, serviced or rebuilt. This includes industrial, aircraft and aerospace components.
These test stands can be entirely manually controlled, automatic computer controlled or a mix of the two. The advantage of computer control is the automation of test procedures, automatic pass/fail determination and the ability to store test results and print test certificates. The computer stores a “paper trail” for test records.
