The Chant Engineering Model 965801, Universal Hydraulic Test Stand is used for testing relief valves, cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, selector valve assemblies and hoses.
The Chant Engineering Universal Hydraulic Test Stand comprises a Test Stand Console, Hydraulic Power Supply, Chiller Unit, Dynamometer Lubrication Unit, Motor Control Center, and Remote PLC. The Test Stand console includes a 152” long test sink with a splashguard, pump test station and variable speed drive (VSD), motor test station and dynamometer (DYNO), (8) pressure test ports, (5) return test ports, (2) DC power connection ports, temperature control, and sump.
Located along the front edge of the console are all the necessary controls to start the multiple hydraulic pumps, and control pressures and flows to all the test ports. Digital indicators located above the test sink display all pressures, flows, speeds, torques and temperature in order to accurately measure parameters of the units under test (UUT).
